The award-winning Dragons Community team have launched a new provision – Future Dragons – and bookings are being taken NOW!
The exciting new programme is open to boys and girls aged between 13 and 18-years-old and is run over seven weeks.
The aim of Future Dragons is to develop inspiring young players to improve their own performance, delivering a combination of strength, conditioning and rugby technical skills surrounding the contact area.
The provision will also help young players improve individual performance and knowledge to help improve confidence and competence in the grassroots game, to help them become better athletes.
