Dragons Community aims to tackle mental health throughout all its Community and Inclusion provisions with the support of key partners and agencies.
No one should have to face Mental Health problems alone, so mental health is at the heart of our work to raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health.
Our partners are key in providing specialist support where required and we are proud to have links with such valuable orgainsations.

It’s time to feel more Melo
Melo Cymru website is full of free self-help information and advice to help people understand, manage and improve their mental health.
Melo is a new website created by the by Aneurin Bevan University Health for people living and working in Gwent.
Melo includes a wide range of information and advice:
- To help people who might be experiencing difficult emotions, feelings or mental health conditions.
- On daily activities we can all do to help improve our mental health - such as ‘Being Active’ or getting a good night's ‘Sleep’.
- For people experiencing difficult times in their lives, such as financial worries - cost-of-living crisis or grief and bereavement.
Everyone can benefit from taking positive steps to improve their mental health. Why not visit melo.cymru and explore our library of professionally approved self-help information, advice and materials, or to sign up to one of our free courses.
