SEASON MEMBERSHIP FAQs:

RENEWALS:

Q. I was a Season Member in the 2022/23 season – can I renew now?

A. Yes, you can! Renewals are open to 2022/23 Season Members. We understand it remains a challenging time financially for all members and holding your seat is very important. To honour that loyalty and support, we are all offering all Season Members the option to retain their seat for the 2023/24 season at the same price you paid last time until the end of June!

Q. How do I renew my membership from last season?

A. Using your Season Member Reference Number, you can log onto your online account and renew. Alternatively, you can call the Ticket Office on 01633 670690 to renew.

Q. How many games will the 2023/24 Membership cover?

A. A Season Membership covers all regular season games in the BKT United Rugby Championship and pool games in the EPCR Challenge Cup at Rodney Parade. It also covers any pre-season home fixtures and age grade/Dragons Women games at Ystrad Mynach.

Q. What are the benefits of a Membership for the 2023/24 season?

A. Dragons RFC 2023/24 Season Membership includes:

  • Access to all regular season home fixtures in the BKT United Rugby Championship & home pool fixtures in EPCR Challenge Cup.
  • Access to home pre-season fixtures.
  • Access to all Dragons XV home matches and age grade and Dragons Women fixtures played at Ystrad Mynach.
  • Priority access to any knockout fixtures.
  • Guaranteed first refusal on your seat for the 2024/25 season.
  • New Season Member only events throughout the season.
  • Discounted drinks at Rodney Parade and opportunities to ‘Bring A Friend For FREE’ to selected home fixtures.
  • 10% Retail Discount in the Club Store at Rodney Parade and online.
  • A new and expanded range of Dragons RFC partner benefit and discounts.

Q. Am I able to transfer my Season Membership if unable to attend a game?

A. Unfortunately, Season Memberships are non-transferable and not resaleable.

Q. Can I spread the cost of paying for my Season Membership?

A. Yes, you can! Direct Debit payment option is available to spread the cost of your Season Membership over three equal instalments. This can be done online or by calling the Ticket Office on 01633 670690 (option 1).

Q. Can I renew more the one Season Membership?

A. Yes, if you are the lead purchaser you are able to renew any Season Memberships on your account. If you have any issues doing this, email ticketing@dragonsrfc.wales or call the Ticket Office on 01633 670690 (option 1).

Q. How can I pay?

A. Online is the quickest and easiest way to renew your Season Membership and you can pay via debit or credit card. Alternatively, you can opt to apply to pay via our Direct Debit scheme.

Q. Where is my Season Membership number?

A. This is listed as Customer ID on your email/letter or previous Season Membership card. Alternatively, you can email ticketing@dragonsrfc.wales or call the Ticket Office on 01633 670690 for assistance.

Q. Can I upgrade or move my seat?

A. Yes, subject to availability. Upgrade options are available by emailing ticketing@dragonsrfc.wales or calling the Ticket Office on 01633 670690 (option 1).

Q. Can I change the name on my Season Membership?

A. Name change is only permitted if you have legally changed your name. You will need to provide proof of the name change. To update your name on the season ticket please call the Ticket Office on 01633 670690.

Q. I can’t log in to my account. What do I do?

A. Please call 01633 670690 and our Ticket Office staff will be pleased to talk you through the process.

Q. I want to purchase additional memberships?

A. Yes, you can purchase additional memberships during the Early Bird and General Sale period for new memberships. Please contact the Ticket Office via email ticketing@dragonsrfc or call 01633 670690 for further information.

Q. Will I receive a new Season Membership card for the 2023/24 season?

A. Yes, we will issue new cards for all members for the new season.

GENERAL:

Q. What games are included with a Season Membership for the 2023/24 season?

A. Season Memberships include all home fixtures in the regular season of the BKT United Rugby Championship and home pool European games, plus home pre-season games. Dragons A, age grade and Dragons Women fixtures at home are also included. Knockout fixtures are not included – although, you will get first refusal on your seat for these games.

Q. What age category do I fall into?

A. The categories for this year for membership are:

  • Adults – Members aged 26+ 
  • Concessions– Members aged 60+
  • Young Adults - Members aged 17-25
  • Juniors – Members aged 16 and under

Q. Are new Season Memberships on sale?

A. New Season Membership packages will be made available both online or by calling the Ticket Office team on 01633 670690 shortly.

Q. Can I spread my payments using finance?

A. Yes. Season Members will have the option to spread the cost of their Season Membership(s) over three instalments using our Direct Debit system. Contact the Ticket Office for more information on 01633 670690.

Q. Do you sell Season Memberships for disabled supporters?

A. Wheelchair access tickets are available as well as one free carers ticket (season and match tickets). Please contact the Ticket Office on 01633 670690 during the Early Bird and General Sale windows.

Q. What happens if games are postponed?

A. If games are postponed, your Season Membership remains valid for the re-arranged date.

Q. What happens if games are cancelled?

A. Should any BKT United Rugby Championship or EPCR Challenge Cup fixtures be cancelled, Season Members will receive a credit pro-rate to their account.
