ACCESSIBILITY
We are a fully accessible stadium and strive to ensure all supporters have the best possible experience when visiting us.
We have a range of seating and wheelchair spaces at Rodney Parade - please contact our Ticketing team prior to booking a ticket if you would like more information or to book accessible seating -ticketing@dragonsrugby.wales
We have dedicated spaces in our main car park that are available on a first-come, first-served basis for blue badge holders. Our stewards will do all they can to find appropriate nearby parking.
Assistance Dogs are very welcome at Rodney Parade. Please contact the Ticketing team if you would like to bring an assistance dog with you to a match.
Disability Confident Committed
Disability Confident is a scheme that is designed to help organisations recruit and retain disabled people and people with health conditions for their skills and talent. The Disability Confident scheme supports employers to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to the workplace. CLICK HERE for more information on this scheme that runs at Dragons RFC.
SAFETY
The safety of spectators is an important consideration in staging sporting events and one that we take very seriously. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment and appreciate your understanding that bags will be searched when entering the stadium and other security measures that we may need to implement e.g. asking you to open your coat on entry and/or searching. If you have any concerns regarding security, please speak with a Safety Steward.
SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Before a safety announcement you will hear a two tone signal (bing bong); this means a safety announcement is about to be made over the matchday tannoy to supporters. Please following any instructions given either through the tannoy system or by our stewards.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
We have medical cover for all supporters on matchdays at Rodney Parade. If you have an issue, please contact your nearest Safety Steward immediately.
GROUND REGULATIONS
Copies of the Ground Regulations are displayed at each entrance and can be viewed HERE. Spectators who do not comply with Ground Regulations may be refused entry or ejected from the ground.
