Newport Gwent Dragons have officially launched their sponsorship and hospitality packages for the forthcoming season.
A range of packages are available from stadium branding to match sponsorship to perimeter boards. Rodney Parade has superb hospitality boxes and suites overlooking the ground, which are an ideal venue to host your company and guests.
Newport Gwent Dragons are set to play in Europe’s Premier Club tournament the Heineken Cup and have a fantastic draw which will see the likes of World Cup winning hero Jonny Wilkinson visit Rodney Parade along with Matt Burke, Wales captain Colin Charvis with the Newcastle Falcons whilst the visit of Perpignan for European action will see England Internationals Tim Stimpson and Dan Luger along with French Internationals Franck Tournaire, Lionel Mallier and Australians Daniel Herbert (centre) and fly half Manny Edmunds. The third team in the Dragons pool is Edinburgh a familiar side to the Dragons who face them in the Celtic League and they too are a side packed with Internationals from Scotland, Chris Paterson who captained Scotland in the 2004 RBS 6 Nations, Scott Murray, Nathan Hines, Ali Hogg, Mike Blair, Brendan Laney, Tom Phillip and Hugo Southwell. Edinburgh were runners up in the Celtic Cup and reached the quarter-finals of the Heineken Cup last season. All three sides are formidable prospects and there will be no easy game for the Dragons in Europe’s Premier Club competition, the Heineken Cup.
New Chief Executive Andy Marinos commented,
The Dragons will also play in the home and away Celtic League and will face teams from Ireland and Scotland along with Welsh regions Neath Swansea Ospreys, Cardiff Blues and Llanelli Scarlets. This is a competition that has grown in stature and continues to attract new spectators; next season will really see this competition take off, as Irish, Scottish and Welsh Internationals are free to play in the Celtic League without the restrictions of the World Cup.
With a new coaching team in place, a new captain to lead on field and a new Chief Executive leading off field, now are exciting times for the Newport Gwent Dragons as they look to be successful on and off field. You can play your part in the success of the Dragons off field through sponsorship and advertising. A hospitality brochure is now available from the club, contact Lisa Harrington on 01633 674955, Gethin Jenkns on 01633 674982 or Chief Executive Andy Marinos to request a brochure or discuss the packages further.
