High Performance manager Ron Shottle said,
"It has been a difficult start to the season, but we were delighted with the manner in which we played against the Blues two weeks ago and if we can improve that much again, we won't be far away. The competition is of such a standard that the boys are showing signs of real improvement with each game we play. At the end of the day, that's the aim and I know the coaches are delighted with the progress made so far."
