Gareth Baber – winning the bowl with the Wales 7s team in Dubai, my first trophy as assistant coach

Andrew Hall – Joining The Dragons, beating Glasgow in the first game of the season and being a member of the Scotland squad for the Autumn Internationals.

Hal Luscombe – Beating Leicester at Rodney Parade in the Powergen Cup competition

Kevin Morgan – Beating Leicester at home and winning the Grand Slam with Wales

Luke Charteris – Playing Heineken Cup rugby for the first time

Peter Sidoli – Beating Leicester at home

David Maddocks – Joining the Dragons and winning the Welsh Cup with Llanelli

Richard Bryan – Being captain of The Dragons for two games

Gareth Cooper – Winning the Grand Slam
