Fresh from his kicking exploits in Wales' U21 opening match Dragons development player Aled Thomas remains in the number 10 shirt for the match against France tonight (Tuesday).
Wales U21 coach Chris Davey has rung the changes to his side with six players making their first start of the tournament.
Thomas played a huge part in the Welsh youngster's opening win a 73-25 thrasing of Georgia slotting over 8 conversions and a penalty. However, France will be a much tougher opposition for the Welsh. Newport prop Phil Osborne makes his first start of the tournament while Academy member Will Jones is named on the replacements bench.
