CAPTAIN LUKE CHARTERIS AND COLIN CHARVIS SELECTED TO FACE OSPREYS
Newport Gwent Dragons and Wales lock Luke Charteris has been named as captain in Head Coach Paul Turner’s side to face the Ospreys at Rodney Parade in the Magners League this evening, kick-off 7.35pm.
Luke signed a further three year contract, taking him to 2012 with the region, last week. His faith in the region has provided a boost for the Dragons team that will be lead out by the giant lock this evening for the derby game.
Head Coach Paul Turner said earlier this week that the Dragons must win their upcoming home games in order to improve their place in the Magners League.
Turner has included Wales veteran Colin Charvis in tonight’s team to further boost a strong back row.
