So to the last 80 minutes of rugby for the season 07/08. We welcome this year’s champions to Rodney Parade and hope to offer tougher opposition than a week ago as they secured the trophy. Hopefully a long weekend of Guiness drinking in celebration could just slow down the Leinster men this evening.
Rather than write about how the team has been this week, I would like to thank a few people with in the Dragons organisation for their contribution. Many thanks to the ladies in the clubhouse for managing to feed us all daily. Especially to Tina for teaching me some new ways of cursing and putting my photo on her dartboard.
To Brother Dan and Will Young for keeping the fellas in one piece a huge thank you. Many rugby teams admit that the backbone to success is hard working and dedicated physiotherapists. We'll have a go at that next season I think.
That is about as much sentiment as I can handle for one season. For those supporters who would prefer something a little more lighthearted, turn to the player profiles as I've taken the opportunity to offend every member of the squad.
