Turner Makes One Change for Edinburgh Clash
Newport Gwent Dragons Head Coach Paul Turner makes one change to the team that beat Ulster last weekend as they take on Edinburgh in the Magners League at Rodney Parade on Friday 26 September (kick-off 7.30pm).
Shaun Connor comes in at fly-half as James Arlidge was not considered due to a minor shoulder injury picked up during training for tomorrow’s game.
Andrew Hall returns to the squad for the first time this season following injury to replace Adam Brown on the bench.
Paul Turner said: “Injuries will always happen but I pleased to say that we have a quality player in Shaun Connor to replace James tomorrow evening.
“I am delighted to have Shaun back in the region and he will be looking to put pressure on James for his starting position.
“Similarly replacement Jason Tovey is a great prospect for the region who will be working hard to compete for the fly-half spot against Edinburgh tomorrow.”
