Dragons players Luke Charteris, Joe Bearman, Matthew Watkins and Mike Poole were strutting their stuff at a Charity Fashion Show in aid of the Newport Children’s Charity Sparkle on Sunday night (28/11/2010).
The rugby stars accompanied models down the catwalk as they modelled the latest fashions at the event organised by Mandy Withers, Chair of the Gwent Business Womens Network and MD of Talk HR Solutions Ltd.
Mandy said, "The players were so supportive of the event. They really entered into the spirit of the evening by accompanying the models and even doing their own mini- catwalk. It was a fantastic evening with plenty of other live entertainment. We raised just over £1,500 for the Charity and we are already thinking of booking the Dragons again for our next event!"
