The Dragons Regional Age Grade Under 18's play their Blues counterparts on Wednesday at Rodney Parade 7.15pm kick off. The game which was originally scheduled for Newbridge RFC has been changed to give the aspiring Dragons a chance to play on one of the countries premier surfaces.
After already recording two victories this season in the championship the young Dragons will look to maintain their unbeaten record against what will be a very strong Blues team.
The coaches have made six changes from the team that beat the Scarlet's last week with lewis Hudd and Luke Crane restored to the backline and James Johnstone and Elliot Dee in the front row. While Jordan Richards and Derryn Jones both get their first championship start.
Jon Bryant the Dragons backs coach said" This team is all about the squad, everyone is working hard and each selection meeting is difficult, what is pleasing is that who ever comes in is performing well and the standard remains the same. This is another huge test for us and we need to step it up another level to get the result we want."
