Blackwood RFC require a Head of Youth Rugby. This is a voluntary position and they require a candidate to work with a committed squad of young players. Their ideal candidate must have three key characteristics; foresight, planning and enthusiasm
The successful personnel will work closely with the first XV staff preparing players for their exit from Youth rugby into the senior game whilst developing the younger players side by side.
Blackwood RFC are committed to help the right individual develop by means of CPD & help with funding of future courses for the right coach, a free kit package is also available.
