Reflecting on the Dragons win against the strong English outfit, Director of Rugby Lyn Jones, praised the men of Gwent for holding strong against them.
“We showed a lot of guts, determination and the aliments from last season seem to have disappeared.
“Northampton are a hugely talented side but we weren’t overawed or overpowered.
“The pressure during that first half was immense in every facet that’s something that we have got to learn to deal with... We did well, our defence was solid and we came back to them.”
