The cyclists will begin their marathon 325 mile ride at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park and will finish at the Eiffel Tower in France.
Cyclists are due to arrive at Rodney Parade for light refreshments around 10:00-11:00, Wednesday 3rd June.
Please feel free to show your support for the #StayStrongForOws campaign by coming along to Rodney Parade and cheering the cyclists on.
All monies raised are going to Owen Williams, who suffered a serious spinal injury in action for the Region in Singapore last June.
Stuart Davies, Newport Gwent Dragons and Rodney Parade chief executive commented: “The rugby community is tight-knit and this event is a further demonstration of the quality of people involved with the sport and who are supporting Owen so well.
“We will be delighted to provide a welcome and use of our facilities, although I imagine that this will be one of the easier stops and that the drinks in France will be harder earned and more appreciated by one and all!
“Staff at Rodney Parade and at the Newport Gwent Dragons wish all riders involved a safe and enjoyable trip. We look forward to cheering them on and raising the awareness of the #StayStrongForOws campaign.”
