Season Members who haven’t collected their tickets are urged to collect their memberships before kick off (19:15), to save queuing.
ENTERTAINMENT IN THE WE FIGHT ANY CLAIM MARQUEE
The We Fight Any Claim Family Zone will again be the focal point of the Rodney Parade Matchday experience this season. The Family Zone will be open before and after every Dragons match.
There will be a whole host of pre-match community and family activity organised by the Dragons Community Team. The newly formed Dragons’ Supporters Club will also be in the Family Zone before each match to help organise a Q&A and autograph session with Dragons players. The Supporters Club will also be running a raffle with match tickets and signed items up for grabs.
We are delighted to announce that our first ‘Friars Walk and Kingsway Centre Matchday Partner’ will be Nandos. Please find Barci the Chicken who will be at tonight’s match alongside Rodney Dragon to collect a voucher for a free 1/2 Roast Chicken!
The Dragons Choir will be performing for supporters tonight. You can catch them before the match in the Family Zone and at half time when they will perform on the field of play.
Pendragon Fireworks will once again be providing the Dragons with pre-match flames and fireworks this season. The Cwmbran based pyrotechnic specialists will also be producing a display for the Rodney Parade Fireworks Night 2016 which takes place on Thursday 3rd November.
At half time in tonight’s match we will be celebrating the achievements of the Dragons Ladies. The Ladies recently won the Fosters National Sevens Women’s Cup and will be doing a lap of honour around the pitch at half time.
We will also be giving away a 40 inch LED TV at half time through our new sponsor AF Thomas Electricals. The competition winner was chosen from supporters who registered for the Dragons Discount Scheme ahead of the match, this scheme will be running all season and can be signed up for at www.afthomas.co.uk.
Our post match entertainment takes place in the Family Zone, which will be hosting live music after every match this season. Tonight we welcome the Golden Eagles tribute band who will play a host of classic tracks from chart topping American Rock Band the Eagles.
