Ticketing – Dragons Members

Question: I am a Dragons Season Member, will I get a ticket to the match?

This Guinness PRO12 fixture is included in Dragons Season Memberships. As a result all Dragons Season Members have been guaranteed a ticket to the match. Tickets will need to be claimed and collected from the Rodney Parade ticket office. Please note Dragons Season Membership cards will not be valid on the day at Constructaquote Stadium.

This is the same system used for collection of Judgement Day tickets and allows the Rodney Parade ticket office to allocate seating and reserved standing based on membership categories.

Question: As a Dragons Season Member I have a seat at Rodney Parade, will this be the case at the Constructaquote Stadium?

All Dragons Gold, Silver and Bronze Season Members (including Premier Lounge Members) have been guaranteed a seat at the Constructaquote Stadium. All seating at the stadium is along the touchlines between the 22 metre lines.

All Season Members who are entitled to a seat need to pick up their tickets from the Rodney Parade ticket office between Wednesday 29th March and Tuesday 18th April. During this time seats will be allocated on a preferential system with higher category Season Memberships (i.e. Gold Memberships) given seats nearer the halfway line.

From Wednesday 19th April all remaining and unclaimed seats will be released for general sale.

Question: I am a Hazell Terrace Season Member, what happens to my ticket?

Hazell Terrace Season Members have been guaranteed reserved standing in front of the main grandstand at the Constructaquote Stadium. Hazell Terrace Season Members need to claim their reserve standing ticket from the Rodney Parade ticket office between Wednesday 29th March and Tuesday 18th April.

Between Wednesday 29th March and Tuesday 18th April Dragons Hazell Terrace Members will be given first refusal to buy additional tickets in this area. This is on a strictly first come, first served basis.

From Wednesday 19th April remaining and unclaimed reserved standing tickets will be released for general sale.

Question: As a Bronze, Gold, Silver or Hazell Season Terrace member what happens if I miss the specific time frame to to claim my ticket (i.e. I don’t claim by Tuesday 18th April)?

If any Gold, Silver, Bronze or Hazell Terrace Season Member misses the deadline of Tuesday 18th April to claim their seats or reserved standing space then a general admission ticket will be honoured after this date. General admission tickets need to be collected from the Rodney Parade ticket office by Friday 28th April.

Question: I am a Season Member on the North Terrace, what happens to my ticket?

North Terrace Season Members are entitled to a general admission ticket for the match and need to collect these from the Rodney Parade ticket office by Friday 28th April.

Question: I am a Premier Lounge Member, what happens to my ticket?

Dragons Premier Lounge Members will be given exclusive access to the Caerphilly Lounge Bar behind the West Stand at the Constructaquote Stadium. Premier Lounge Members will also be guaranteed a seat located near the halfway line in the West Stand and need to claim their ticket from the Rodney Parade ticket office by Friday 28th April.

Question: I cannot make it to the Rodney Parade ticket office to claim my seat/reserved standing ticket by Tuesday 18th April, what should I do?

Dragons Season Members who are unable to collect their tickets should call the Rodney Parade ticket office on 01633 674 990 with their Membership details to reserve their tickets. Any reserved tickets must be collected by Friday 28th April.

Question: I am a Dragons Season Member, why will my ticket not be reserved after Friday 28th April?

All Dragons Season Members are being given over 4 weeks in which to claim their tickets, with seats/reserved standing tickets reserved for the first 3 weeks of this.

We recognise that a number of Members will not be able to make the match and by enforcing a cut off of Friday 28th April the Rodney Parade ticket office will be able to give as many non-members as possible the chance to buy tickets in the week building up to the match.

Ticketing – General Sale

Question: I am not a Dragons Season Member, how do I buy a ticket to the match?

General Admission tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 29th March. Supporters wishing to purchase general admission tickets will be able to do so from the Rodney Parade ticket office in person, online or by calling 01633 674 990.

From Wednesday 19th April if there are any seats or reserved standing tickets not claimed by Dragons Season Members these will be added to general sale.

Question: How much do tickets cost, is there an early bird discount?

Tickets are priced from just £12 for adults, £9 for concessions and £3 for under 16’s when purchased in advance. As with all Dragons matches an early bird discount applies with adult and concession tickets costing £5 more on the day.

Given the reduced capacity supporters are encouraged to purchase tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Transport

Question: Will supporter buses be available to take people from Rodney Parade to the Constructaquote Stadium?

We will be arranging for a limited number of subsidised buses to take supporters to and from the Constructaquote Stadium. As Newport County have their League Two match against Notts County on Saturday 6th May the bus pick up point will not be at Rodney Parade (exact venue TBC).

Bus tickets will be available on a first come first served basis and will be arranged through the Dragons Official Supporter Club
