The camp, which took place during the Autumn half-term break, invited boys and girls of all abilities (aged 6-14) to improve their rugby in a fun and friendly environment at Cwmbran Stadium.
As usual, the camps were action-packed with skills and drills on show before the youngsters got to meet their Dragons heroes at their training base in Ystrad Mynach.
Dragons Community Manager Mike Sage commented; "Following on from the success of the summer rugby camps we were really keen to build on this, to inspire our youngsters.
“It was great to see a mix of boys and girls attending and they loved meeting Welsh International star, Shona Powell-Hughes at Cwmbran on day one whilst enjoying their trip to visit the Dragons at their training base in Ystrad Mynach. It was amazing to see the youngsters rubbing shoulders with their idols.
“The camp provided another inspiring two days for all, with lots of smiles, skills, games and goodies.”
Dragons Community Officer, Janice Chappell, added; "I was really impressed with the quality of all the skills from the children who attended the skills camp last week. There was great interaction with the cage & passing inflatable to increase their confidence. Many thanks to all involved.”
