The company was established in Blaenavon, in 1966 and it has remained there ever since. “The business has always supported Gwent rugby and has been an active sponsor of the game throughout its 50-year history;” said GOS Managing Director Wayne Gregory.

He continued: “We are excited to be able to support the Dragons at this time and look forward to success on and off the paddock.

“The changes look hugely positive and will hopefully bring an identity to the whole of rugby in Gwent.”

Dragons Commercial Sales Manager, Dai Jenkins added; “It’s great to have a brand like GOS Engineering join us for the coming seasons.

“They have been sponsoring Dragons matches for many years, and this year I am happy to announce their two-year kit sponsorship. They are located in Blaenavon and it shows that we really want to engage with all companies throughout the region.”

Throughout the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons supporters will see the GOS Engineering logo take its place on the home and away shorts. As well as featuring on the playing kit, the company will also sponsor talented props Lloyd Fairbrother and Luke Garrett as well as versatile back Jared Rosser, seeing the GOS Engineering logo appear on their website profiles and in the Dragons match-day programme.
