After the disappointment of the injuries that came with two games over the space of 4 days, as Dragons defeated Hong Kong before crossing the Irish Sea to play Connacht, a week without a fixture served its purposed as a regeneration week with training availability up to 84%.
Despite the result out in Galway, the Medical team were pleased to see Hallam Amos returning to play six weeks after his elbow dislocation. Hallam has returned to Welsh camp to assist in training.

Ryan Bevington (Concussion) - Ryan has returned to training and is available for selection ahead of the Russia match
Brandon Nansen (concussion) and James Sheekey (wrist) return to training this week, but Friday’s fixture at Bedwas may come a week too soon for them after being injured for relatively long periods of time.
Matthew Screech (ankle) and Arwel Robson (ankle) are pushing hard to be available for the Guinness PRO14 clash versus Edinburgh and how they respond to training this week will determine their availability. Ollie Griffiths (adductor) is also set to return to training next week.
