After the disappointment of the injuries that came with two games over the space of 4 days, as Dragons defeated Hong Kong before crossing the Irish Sea to play Connacht, a week without a fixture served its purposed as a regeneration week with training availability up to 84%.

Despite the result out in Galway, the Medical team were pleased to see Hallam Amos returning to play six weeks after his elbow dislocation. Hallam has returned to Welsh camp to assist in training.
