Hooker Richard Hibbard was one of the special guests as the draw for the Dragons Youth Cup at Under-19 level took place at the home of sponsors Monmouthshire Building Society (MBS).
Hibbard and Will Carroll, the CEO at MBS, carried out the draw with the help of compere Rhys ap William following the launch of the region’s new third kit in MBS in Newport ‘s John Frost Square.
