Dragons Rugby have confirmed that Calvin Wellington has been released from this contract with immediate effect.
The 23-year-old moved to Rodney Parade in November 2017 from St Helens RFC and made his debut in the Anglo-Welsh Cup fixture away at Saracens in January 2018.
The Port Talbot-born back, who has been on trial at Salford Red Devils and Sale FC rugby club since the turn of the year, has now been released early to pursue other opportunities.
