Temperatures have soared across the country this week – and training for the restart of the Guinness PRO14 season is also definitely heating up!
Dean Ryan’s men are under two weeks the league resumption and hard at work in roasting temperatures at the region’s Ystrad Mynach training base.
Sporting the new VX3 training range for the first time, the players have been put through their paces in red-hot conditions ahead of the league clash with Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium in Swansea (kick-off 2.15pm).
Less than a week later it is back to Rodney Parade to face Scarlets on Saturday, August 29 (kick-off 5.15pm).
Both games will be played behind closed doors but will be shown live on Premier Sports. S4C will also show the matches later that day.
