Cardiff Blues battled back to avoid a first Guinness PRO14 loss to Dragons since 2014 as they fought back to overcome their local rivals in a windswept Boxing Day derby.
At a rain-soaked Rodney Parade, Josh Lewis kicked Dragons into a 9-3 half-time lead.
Blues fought back after the break and led for the first time with just 12 minutes left as Josh Turnbull drove over for the game's only try.
