The Guinness PRO14 Round 6 fixture between Dragons and Glasgow Warriors in Scotland has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 5 at Scotstoun Stadium (kick-off 7.15pm).
The original fixture was postponed due to results in the Covid-19 testing programme, alongside Round 5 and Round 7 fixtures in the league against Connacht Rugby and Edinburgh.
Glasgow Warriors managed to claim the spoils in the same fixture last season, despite a battling and spirited Dragons display in brutal conditions at Scotstoun.
Despite three tries from the away side, Glasgow maintained their play off push with a hard-fought victory and Dragons will take plenty of confidence from that performance into the same fixture this season on December 5.
Dragons did manage to stun the Warriors last season in the home fixture at Rodney Parade, as they produced a sensational home display with tries from Ashton Hewitt and Taine Basham sealing a stunning victory 18-5.
The Men of Gwent will be hopeful of repeating that performance when they travel to one of the toughest away days in the competition.
Meanwhile, the Guinness PRO14 away trip to Benetton Rugby later this month has been moved forward 24 hours.
Dean Ryan’s men will now face the Italians at Stadio Comunale di Monigo in Treviso on Sunday, November 29 (kick-off 4pm UK time).
