Scrum half Gonzalo Bertranou has been named among the replacements for Argentina'a fixture with Romania on Saturday evening (kick-off 7pm UK time).
Bertranou, who has made 10 appearances for Dragons since his move to the region in February, will hope to feature in the clash at Stadionul Arcul de Triumf in Bucharest.
Argentina also face Wales in a double-header at Principality Stadium in Cardiff later this month.
