We are pleased to announce that Dragons Rugby's European Challenge Cup fixtures have been confirmed for the 2021/2022 season.
The new format will consist of fifteen teams split into three groups of five, with the Dragons drawn into Pool B.
The men of Gwent have been drawn in a group alongside USA Perpignon, Lyon OU, Benetton Rugby and Gloucester Rugby.
Round one will take place on the weekend of the 10/11/12 in December 2021 and the Dragons will travel to France to take on Top14 outfit USA Perpignon.
Dean Ryan's men host Lyon a week later at Rodney Parade before travelling to face Benetton in round three on the weekend of 14/15/16 January 2022.
A bye week follows before the final group fixture takes place on 8/9/10 April 2022 where the Dragons will welcome Gloucester Rugby to Rodney Parade.
The round of 16 will be played on the weekend of 15/16/17 of April 2022, before the quarter finals and semi-finals in May 2022.
The Challenge Cup final will take place on Friday May 27th 2022 at the Stade Velodrome in Marseille.
