Five players will make their debut in the 2021/2022 United Rugby Championship season opener.
Aki Seiuli, Mesake Doge, Will Rowlands, Lewis Jones and Jordan Olowofela will all make their competitive bow in Newport.
Hooker Ellis Shipp starts at hooker with Seiuli and Doge either side of the Gwent born forward.
Rowlands is joined by his Welsh international partner from the summer internationals in Ben Carter at lock.
Ross Moriarty will captain the side in the six jersey and is joined in the backrow by Ollie Griffiths and number eight Aaron Wainwright.
Jones starts at scrum half and is partnered by Sam Davies at outside half.
Centre pairing Aneurin Owen and Jack Dixon combine again in the middle of the park following the victory over Wasps.
Welsh international Jonah Holmes joins Olowofela on the wings and Josh Lewis completes the starting fifteen at fullback.
