OPERATIONS MANAGER

Overview: Operations Manager will be responsible for operational aspects of Dragons Rugby, ensuring the safe and cost-effective operation of the company’s venues and to support the safe delivery of all stadium events and ensuring that relevant internal and external agencies or individuals are involved with venue event planning and that a co-ordinated approach is maintained throughout.

FAN ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Overview: The Fan Engagement Manager will be required to work closely with the Media/Communications, Community, Commercial and rugby departments, and ensure Dragons Rugby engages successfully with its fans and delivers a high-quality ticketing/retail and match day experience.
