Ahead of the big EPCR Challenge Cup clash with Gloucester Rugby, supporters are advised of the following match day information.
Please note, a big crowd will descend on Rodney Parade for the game (kick-off 8pm) so fans are encouraged to arrive in plenty of time to gain safe access to the stadium.
The Compeed Fan Zone will open from 3pm for fans looking to enjoy a full day at the home of the Dragons – with lots of food and drinks promotions plus a big screen to watch rugby throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
Travelling by Car
Please take Junction 25A from the M4, 1st exit off the roundabout onto Heidenhiem Drive (A4042). Then proceed through the set of traffic lights before taking the first exit off flyover – stay in the left-hand lane and take the second exit off the roundabout. At the proceeding roundabout take the 1st exit across the River Usk, at the next lights beat right on Chepstow Road. From this point, take the next first rights; firstly onto Cedar Road and then onto Corporation Road. Then take the 1st left onto Grafton Road, where Rodney Parade is situated on the left-hand side.
Please note: Unfortunately, there is no car parking availability at Rodney Parade for this fixture. For parking please follow directions for the City Centre once you have departed the motorway via Junction 25A. Car parks at both Friars Walk and Kingsway are a short walk across the Millennium River Bridge.
Travelling by Train
Newport Train Station is an approximate 10 to 15-minute walk to Rodney Parade. For Train timetables or any details regarding Transport for Wales please visit the Homepage | TfW.
In addition, Transport for Wales have recently launched a new facility to monitor train capacities. This function can be found on the TFW Capacity Checker | TfW.
Travelling by Supporter Coach
Newport Transport facilitate a Coach and Minibus Parking facility, at £35 and £15 respectively. They are situated on 160 Corporation Road, Newport, NP19 0WF - adject to Rodney Parade and therefore an ideal location for visiting supporters. Ticketing Latest
The fixture with Gloucester continues to sell FAST - therefore we are encouraging supporters to buy early to ensure they can watch the game from their preferred location. The South Stand & Bisley Stand are sold out and Compeed Stand has limited availability.

Compeed Fan Zone
Rodney Parade will be hosting the Compeed Fan Zone from 3pm - FREE entry for all. The Fan Zone will host a big screen showing Toulouse versus Ulster (3.15pm kick-off) followed by the TikTok Women’s Six Nations fixture between England and Wales (4.45pm kick-off) - we will break for the Grand National also - in addition to a variety of catering and beverage outlets with various promotions running throughout the day.
Drinks Promotion
Supporters can take advantage of an exclusive Compeed Fan Zone promotion, where supporters can purchase four pint pitchers of Doombar and Carling at £14 throughout the day. Please drink responsibly.
Cashless Stadium
Please note, all bars inside Rodney Parade are completely Cashless. However, stadium bars will do all major Debit and Credit Cards.
Stadium Smoking
Policy Rodney Parade is a smoke-free stadium and smoking, or the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted within the stands. Supporters may smoke and use electronic cigarettes within the designated smoking area – your nearest steward will be able to point you to the nearest smoking area. Supporters are not able to exit and re-enter the stadium for any reasons.
