Dragons RFC open pre-season with a home clash against Bristol Bears at Rodney Parade on Friday evening (kick-off 7pm) – and ahead of the game we have compiled all the information you need to enjoy your evening with us!

Travelling by Car
From the West
Please take Junction 26 from the M4 before taking the 3rd exit off the roundabout onto Malpas Road (A4041). Then proceed through the next 2 sets of traffic lights, keeping to the left-hand lane at the roundabout before taking the second exit off the roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the first exit (across the River Usk) before bearing right onto Chepstow Road. Once on Chepstow Road, take the first right onto Cedar Road followed by the next right onto Corporation Road and the first left onto Grafton Road. Rodney Parade is then situated on the left hand side.
From the East

Car Parking
Please note that unfortunately there is no Car Parking availability at Rodney Parade. For Car Parking please follow directions for the City Centre once you have departed the Motorway. Car parks at both Friars Walk and Kingsway are a short walk across the Millennium River Bridge.
Travelling by Train
Newport Train Station is an approximate 10–15-minute walk to Rodney Parade. For Train timetables or any details regarding Transport for Wales please visit the Homepage | TfW.
In addition, Transport for Wales have recently launched a new facility to monitor train capacities. This function can be found on the TFW Capacity Checker | TfW.
Travelling by Supporter Coach
Newport Transport facilitate a Coach and Minibus Parking facility, at £35 and £15 respectively. They are situated on 160 Corporation Road, Newport, NP19 0WF; adject to Rodney Parade and therefore an ideal location for visiting supporters. Ticketing Information
Season Memberships, tickets for our Pre-Season fixtures against Bristol Bears and Wasps as well as URC fixtures against Munster, Cell C Sharks, Ospreys and Zebre can be purchased by clicking HERE or call the Ticket Office for more information on 01633 670690 during office hours.
Tickets for the Bristol game – priced at £10 for adults and £5 for Under-16s – will be available throughout the day and right up until kick-off.
Fan Zone
Rodney Parade will be hosting the Fan Zone from 5pm – entry via the main gates. The Fan Zone hosts a big screen showing sport throughout the evening. In addition, a variety of catering and beverage outlets with various promotions will run throughout the day.
Player Appearances
In advance of the evening fixtures, supporters are invited to meet a selection of our Senior Players. These players will be appearing in both the Stadium Store (5.20pm) and Fan Zone Marquee (6pm) for photos and to sign autographs.
Club Shop
The club shop ay Rodney Parade will be open from 11am on match day. Entry is via the main gates.
Cashless Stadium
Please note that all Bars inside Rodney Parade are completely Cashless. However, the Stadium Bars will accept all major Debit and Credit Cards.
Stadium Smoking Policy
Rodney Parade is a smoke-free stadium and smoking, or the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted within the stands. Supporters may smoke and use electronic cigarettes within the designated smoking area – your nearest steward will be able to point you to the nearest smoking area. Supporters are not able to exit and re-enter the stadium for any reasons.
