It’s fantastic to see rugby players from around the globe enjoying the game we love so much - with a little help from Dragons Rugby!
Last season we reported how Duma RFC, from Tanzania in East Africa, were proudly wearing a new Dragons kit for its first game.
Duma fielded a team for the first time ever in December 2020 and thanks to the Connect to Africa charity – that supports projects across Africa – they certainly had a look we loved.
Through Connect to Africa, Dragons have continued to donate match jerseys and we were delighted to see some recent pictures with our recent blue, black and orange kits being sported by Duma RFC and the newly formed Moshi Bulls RFC.
Moshi Bulls RFC are also sponsored by Scorpions Development Charity UK and a first ever game for the club was a featured part of the Union day celebrations in May organised by Tanzania Rugby.
You can follow Duma RFC and Moshi Bulls RFC and their rugby journeys on facebook!
Meanwhile, it was fantastic to see players from La Havana University in Cuba also sporting some of former kit after our donation alongside Connect to Africa.
Good luck to all the players in Tanzania and Cuba from everyone at Dragons Rugby.
