Wales debutant Rio Dyer - who was joined by club team-mate Will Rowlands in the line-up - and captain Justin Tipuric scored tries, while Gareth Anscombe kicked 13 points.
Wales next face Argentina on Saturday (November 12) with a 5.30pm kick-off.
