Dragons RFC prop Aki Seiuli starts for the Barbarians when they face Manu Samoa in Brive this weekend ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023.
Seiuli – a Samoa international – is named in the starting line-up for the clash on Friday evening.
Samoa have added the game against the famous invitational side to their agenda as they look to fine-tune their line-up for the World Cup.
The Barbarians will be coached by Bristol Bears director of rugby and former Samoa captain Pat Lam, who previously coached the side in the 63-45 win over England at Twickenham in 2018.
Three Springboks have been included in the Barbarians’ starting lineup: hooker Joseph Dweba, utility forward Jean-Luc du Preez – who will play at lock – and scrum half Herschel Jantjies.
