Dragons RFC can now confirm the process for match ticket purchasers for the scheduled EPCR Challenge Cup match against Emirates Lions on Sunday, January 22 at Rodney Parade.
The match was moved from Rodney Parade after the pitch was deemed unplayable by officials.
It was rearranged to be played at the CCB Centre of Sporting Excellence in Ystrad Myanch on Sunday with only Season Members permitted to attend due to capacity restrictions.
The club apologises for any inconvenience caused to match ticket purchasers who were unable to attend the new venue.
Due to capacity restrictions at Ystad Mynach, match ticket purchasers were unable to attend the rearranged fixture.
A full refund will now be issued to all match ticket purchasers who bought online within 10 working days. We thank you for your patience as we work through this process.
If you purchased a ticket to this fixture in person with cash, you will need to contact the Ticket Office with proof of purchase for a refund.
Once again, Dragons RFC apologises for any inconvenience caused.
We hope to see all supporters back at Rodney Parade soon with our next fixture against Glasgow Warriors this coming Saturday in the BKT United Rugby Championship (kick-off 3pm).
