Wing Oli Andrew is the latest homegrown talent to sign a new contract at Dragons RFC.
The 20-year-old, who made his senior debut against Glasgow Warriors in February, has been rewarded for his continued development by putting pen to paper on a new deal.
Andrew has impressed in the Indigo Group Premiership throughout this season with Newport RFC. He has now scored 21 tries in 28 games for the Black and Ambers.
The speedster has previously represented Wales at Under-20s level, scoring six tries in nine appearances for his country.
Andrew becomes the fifth player this week to agree new terms, following Harri Ackerman, Joe Westwood, Morgan Lloyd and Che Hope.
Head Coach Dai Flanagan said: “Oli has been unfortunate with injuries in recent times that have restricted his opportunities, but he is player who has huge potential.
“Oli was an outstanding age grade player who really produced some excellent performances for Wales Under-20s.
“He has an eye for the try line and is exceptionally quick, matching the likes of Rio Dyer and Ashton Hewitt.
“Oli’s target now is to get a consistent run of games under his belt and show he can develop into the player we know he can become over the duration of his new contract.”
Andrew said: "I'm really pleased to sign a new contract and I'm looking forward to the challenges ahead."
