Dragons RFC are back on home soil this Saturday afternoon as they face English Championship side Hartpury University in a friendly fixture at Rodney Parade (kick-off 2.30pm). Here is all you need to know about this weekend's game in Newport...

Ticketing Information
Seasons Memberships as well as tickets for Hartpury and our opening BKT United Rugby Championship fixture with Ospreys can be purchased by clicking HERE or by visiting the Ticket Office from 10am on match day. Season Members wishing to pick up membership cards should head for the marquee!
Family Activities
From 11am the marquee bar will open while a range of inflatable activities will be available across the Training Pitch (accessible from Fan Zone and Main Gate) in the afternoon. In addition to the various match day activations in the marquee, a selection of senior players will be on hand from 1:30pm in the marquee for a Q&A session for autographs and photos.
Retail Promotions
The Dragons RFC Training Range for the 2024/25 season will be available to purchase in the Stadium Store from 10am.
Cashless Stadium
Please note that all Bars inside Rodney Parade are completely Cashless. However, the Stadium Bars will accept all major Debit and Credit Cards.
Stadium Smoking Policy
Rodney Parade is a smoke-free stadium and smoking, or the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted within the stands. Supporters may smoke and use electronic cigarettes within the designated smoking area – your nearest steward will be able to point you to the nearest smoking area. Supporters are not able to exit and re-enter the stadium for any reasons.

Travel Information
Travelling by Car
From the West: Please take Junction 26 from the M4 before taking the 3rd exit off the roundabout onto Malpas Road (A4041). Then proceed through the next 2 sets of traffic lights, keeping to the left-hand lane at the roundabout before taking the second exit off the roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the first exit (across the River Usk) before bearing right onto Chepstow Road. Once on Chepstow Road, take the first right onto Cedar Road followed by the next right onto Corporation Road and the first left onto Grafton Road. Rodney Parade is then situated on the left hand side.

Car Parking
Please note that unfortunately there is no Car Parking availability at Rodney Parade. For Car Parking please follow directions for the City Centre once you have departed the Motorway. Car parks at both Friars Walk and Kingsway are a short walk across the Millennium River Bridge.
Travelling by Bus
Season Members are reminded they qualify for FREE travel with Newport Transport on match days – just show your membership card. For more information on Newport Bus visit https://www.newportbus.co.uk/
Travelling by Train
Newport Train Station is an approximate 10–15-minute walk to Rodney Parade. For Train timetables or any details regarding Transport for Wales please visit the Homepage | TfW. In addition, Transport for Wales have recently launched a new facility to monitor train capacities. This function can be found on the TFW Capacity Checker | TfW.
Season Members are reminded they gain free access to this fixture as part of their seasonal package. Season Member cards for the 24/25 campaign can also be picked up on match day.
