Dragons RFC have today confirmed an expanded and revamped backroom team for the club’s Academy system ahead of the 2024/25 season.
The new-look structure is headed up by James Chapron, who is named Head of Player Development, alongside Lewis Roberts, confirmed as Academy Manager, and former Wales international Cerys Hale, who continues her outstanding work as the Pathway Co-ordinator.
Jack Condy will operate as Senior Academy Coach alongside Tom Hancock, who joins the club after working with Scarlets Academy.
Former Wales international and popular figure Ceri Jones returns to the club, after three years working with RGC, to take on an Academy Coach role alongside Adam Thomas.
Isobel Fisher will arrive as Head of Academy Medical Services, and is joined by Lily Jones who is named Academy Physiotherapist.
Ellis Brindley continues as Head of Academy Physical Performance, working alongside Matthew Pole remains in his role as Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach. Morgan Akrill starts his second season at the club as Academy Analyst.
