Dragons stepped up preparations for the return to BKT United Rugby Championship action this weekend with a session against Cardiff Rugby earlier this week.
The Dragons TV cameras were there to capture all the behind-the-scenes footage as the Men of Gwent and our friends from the capital prepared side-by-side.
“It was an awesome day to go down to Cardiff Arms Park and train against their team,” said Head Coach, Dai Flanagan.
“We have a few injuries, everyone's aware of that, but to go against an opposition, to make sure you are competitive, was a great session.
“It’s been an asset how everyone is so close, and we've trained against the Ospreys, we've trained against Cardiff multiple times now.
“We’re seeing the next best 30 players in Wales on the field at the same time, competing against each other behind the international group, and that’ll only breed better people, better rugby players and better results.”
