Dragons RFC are pleased to announce a new and exciting partnership with Quantum Traffic Management.
Quantum Traffic Management was established in 2015 by Managing Director, Scott Powell alongside Business Partners / Directors Martin Stratton , Scott Clarke & Shaun Clarke. They believed that there was a market for a traffic management company that pursued excellence in the delivery of its work.
They started Quantum Traffic Management and immediately began recruiting the best in the business, with the desire to become, not the biggest, but the best traffic management company in the country. With its Head Office in Newport South Wales, Quantum offer its exceptional service nationwide through a network of satellite depots and storage facilities.
Quantum Traffic Management is now the largest independent traffic management company in Wales, operating from six depots across the region, with additional depots across England employing over 200 people.

Having sponsored a number of small local rugby teams within the Newport region, Quantum MD, Scott Powell, said the offer to become a partner of the Dragons was too good to turn down.
