Our Dragons Community team continue to provide incredible sessions throughout the community.
Weekly sessions at Crownbridge School, Cwmbran help children with severe learning difficulties to learn new skills through the power of rugby.
Alongside the superb staff, Dragons Community team members Karen Hopkins and Morgan Stead, play games, enthuse and excite a class of non-verbal students through rugby, helping the youngsters learn lifelong skills such as holding, gripping, throwing and kicking.
These skills pay a crucial part in helping these children learn the skills that will allow them to develop and become more self-dependent.
While these activities are a crucial part of our award-winning Dragons Community team’s work it is just a small example of the amazing works they do to the benefit of schools, clubs and fans alike.
Crownbridge School is a special day school which educates children and young people with severe learning difficulties with the aims to provide a rich learning environment and a variety of learning experiences.
