Dragons RFC trio Elliot Dee, Aaron Wainwright and Rhodri Williams have all been selected by Wales head coach Matt Sherratt to face Ireland in the Guinness Six Nations on Saturday.
Dee starts at hooker meanwhile backrower Wainwright and Williams are on the bench.
Elsewhere, there’s a first cap for Ellis Mee on the wing alongside Tom Rogers and Blair Murray in the back three.
Max Llewellyn, called up for the Wales squad this week, joins Ben Thomas in the centres while Gareth Anscombe starts at 10 alongside club mate Tomos Williams.
Captain Jac Morgan starts at blindside flanker. Tommy Reffell is at openside flanker with Taulupe Faletau completing the back row at No. 8.
In the front row Nicky Smith is selected at loosehead prop and joins Dee and WillGriff John in a new-look front row for this Championship.
Will Rowlands and Dafydd Jenkins pair up in the second row.
Jarrod Evans is named among the replacements and could make his first appearance for Wales since summer 2021. Rhodri Williams, and Joe Roberts are the other replacement backs.
Evan Lloyd, Gareth Thomas, Henry Thomas and Teddy Williams join Wainwright as the forward cover.
