Four Dragons will have been selected to play for Wales U20s in front of a packed Rodney Parade crowd on Friday night.
Wales host Ireland in their third game of the Six Nations following a last-gasp win against Italy.
Scrumhalf Logan Franklin and backrower Evan Minto start their third consecutive games of the tournament whereas Harri Ford is once again in the 23 after kicking the match-winning penalty against Italy.
Additionally, fellow Dragon Owain James could be in line for his first appearance of the Championship with the prop on the bench.
In total head coach Richard Whiffin has made four changes to the starting 15 which beat Italy, including a positional switch for Dan Gemine who joins captain Harry Beddall and Minto in the back row.
Elsewhere Jack Woods starts at fullback alongside wingers Tom Bowen and Aidan Boshoff, with Ioan Emanuel starting at loosehead and Tom Cottle joins Kenzie Jenkins in the second row.
“The boys did a decent job out in Italy and we were happy with certain aspects of our play against France as well so we’re given the majority of the squad an opportunity to get a home game under their belts at Rodney Parade,” said Whiffin.
“I think the boys put everything into the two opening games and we played some really good stuff in patches, and I was really pleased for the boys to get over the line against Italy.
"Any Ireland team are incredibly well coached well organised and always have a couple of trick plays up their sleeve.
“So they are a team we certainly won’t be taking lightly, we’ll have to be on our mettle for 80 minutes but there are also opportunities for us to stamp our game on to them.
"We're hoping for a good crowd and the chat is that there have been some good ticket sales already, getting in off the back off the win I think the crowd will give the boys a bit of energy and with them behind us we'll have some spike and energy which we can feed off."
