Dragons Under-18s opened the new WRU Regional Age Grade Championship with a 32-17 defeat to Ospreys Under-18s in the first round on Sunday.
Scrum half Carter Pritchard, centre Morgan Carter and full back Harry Dawes grabbed tries for the home side in the clash at CCB Centre of Sporting Excellence, Ystrad Mynach.
Dragons now face away trips to Rygbi Gogledd Cymru and Cardiff either side of a home match against Scarlets on January 26.
