Dragons prop Dylan Kelleher-Griffiths is set for his first home start as he replaces Rodrigo Martinez in the starting line-up.
With Martinez pulling out with a leg injury, Kelleher-Griffiths moves from the bench to start, following on from an impressive 78-minute shift against Zebre. Nathan Evans, on permit from Newport RFC, will wear the 17 shirt.
Elsewhere, Harrison Keddie makes his first appearance since Connacht in October for what will be his 100th league appearance, meanwhile there are also returns for Wales squad members Elliot Dee, Aaron Wainwright and Rhodri Williams along with vice-captain Matthew Screech.
Additionally, fly-half Josh Thomas, signed until the end of the season from Cardiff RFC is in line to make his Dragons debut with the former Ospreys playmaker named on the bench.
