Rhodri Williams has been called up to start for the Barbarians in their upcoming clash against an All Blacks XV at Brentford’s GTech Stadium.
The two sides meet at the Premier League ground on Saturday the 1st of November.
This is the scrum-half’s third involvement with the invitational side having also faced England XV’s in 2018 and 2019 scoring one try.
The All Blacks XV will be coached by Jamie Joseph and features emerging players such as hooker Brodie McAlister along with established internationals Dalton Papali’I and David Havili.
The Barbarians meanwhile will be coached by Bristol Bears’ Pat Lam and Stormers head coach John Dobson.
Lam was also the coach when Williams represented the BaaBaas in 2018 and 2019.
Alongside Williams there will be plenty of international talent within the BaaBaas ranks with the likes of double World Cup winning Springbok Bongi Mbonambi at hooker and South African number eight Evan Roos, meanwhile England star Max Malins is at fullback.
