Loughborough and Bath will today (Wednesday) push for the top place in the BUCS Super Rugby title race.
Loughborough have home advantage against bottom placed Swansea, while Bath – who lead the league table by three points - travel to Durham.
There are a raft of permutations ahead of the final round of the season.
Bath can win the title by beating Durham, losing to Durham but Loughborough also lose or Bath lose but gain two bonus points and Loughborough win without a bonus point.
Loughborough can win the league the difficult way by beating Swansea with or without bonus point and Bath lose to Durham, or if they beat their opponents with or without the bonus point and Bath lose to Durham and gain a singular bonus point.
The battle for third is also heating up with three teams battling for the position. Exeter lead the race and travel away to one from bottom of the league Cardiff University. Durham are also in contention as they play title chasing Bath while the other team in the hunt third spot are Nottingham, who travel away to Leeds Beckett.
The bottom five of the table seems to be settled now, despite possible moves in the table throughout the day. Three of the teams - Cardiff Met, Cardiff University and Leeds Beckett - have home advantage, while Hartpury and Swansea travel away.
