Over 140 year six pupils from Blaen-y-cwm Primary, St Mary's CIW Primary, Coed Cae Juniors and Ysgol Gymraeg Brynmawr attended the two-hour session to improve their rugby skills and took part in organised coaching activities.
Players from the senior rugby team at Brynmawr Comprehensive School and GCSE PE students assisted The Dragons with their coaching.
The pupils from the four feeder schools were put through their paces by the rugby players as they developed their skills before taking part in a game of touch rugby. The day ended with a question and answer session with The Dragons players.
The Dragons players who attended included Captain Jason Forster, Welsh Internationals Michael Owen, Luke Charteris, Nathan Brew and Steve Jones along with Dragons assistant coach Leigh Jones.
