Dragons players Mike Hercus and Paul Emerick have both kept their places in the starting XV for the USA's second match against Uruguay.
Hercus kicked 17 points last weekend as the USA won the first round comfortably 42-13 while Emerick ran in a first half try.
The USA have named an unchanged team for the second round match which will be played at Stanford University's Steuber Rugby Stadium.
